Pastor Dan Potter

 
Pastor Dan Potter was born and raised in North Carolina. At the age of 15, he was saved and given a desire for ministry. He graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 1998 with a B.A. degree in Evangelism. Since then, he’s been involved in full-time church ministry in a variety of forms including camps, revivals, and preaching ministry. After serving as Assistant Pastor for two years, Dan was called to Community Bible Church of Holly Springs as Pastor in June of 2017.
 
Dan and his wife, Julie, were married in 2002 and are blessed with two sons, Benjamin and Gabriel. Julie teaches piano and uses her talents in the ministry of Community Bible Church. Their family enjoys music, outdoors, sports, reading, and having a good laugh together.

Elder Chuck Hurlburt

Chuck Hurlburt is a semi-retired family physician. He practiced in Virginia until moving to SC 4 years ago. He serves as medical director for Grace Dental and Medical Missions. He and his wife, Beverly, participate in several short term medical mission trips each year. They are busy with ten grandchildren in the Greenville area.

Elder Steve Case

Steve Case is a retired educator who spent 15 years as a teacher and principal in Christian schools before supervising student teachers at the college level for several years. He later worked for more than a decade with a Christian textbook publisher, focusing primarily on instructional design. He continues to enjoy teaching at CBC, where he helps teach adult Sunday School classes and leads a monthly church history lesson. He and his wife, Karen, have four children and 15 grandchildren.

Deacon Chris Scarborough

Chris Scarborough received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at age 25 while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard in New York City.  He is married, with children and grandchildren.  Chris and his wife are active in prison ministry and with family.
